Our Carleton Place location offers counselling, coaching, and more focused somatic care services, including breathwork, movement, yoga, and mindfulness practices offered individually or in group settings. While each space offers its own unique focus, both are rooted in the same intention: creating a space where people feel supported, understood, and able to reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.
