Sheila is a Registered Psychotherapist with a background in Early Childhood Education who works with children, youth, teens, adults, and families. She brings a warm, compassionate, and grounded approach to therapy, creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest about what they are carrying and supported as they navigate life's challenges. With a strong understanding of human development across the lifespan, Sheila thoughtfully adapts her approach to meet each person where they are.

She believes reaching out for support is a meaningful act of courage and that therapy should feel collaborative, respectful, and centred around what matters most to you. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, parenting challenges, relationship struggles, self-esteem concerns, grief, or difficult life experiences, Sheila works alongside clients to help them build understanding, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change. Her approach is gentle, supportive, and paced with care, ensuring clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout the process.

Working from a trauma-informed lens, Sheila integrates a variety of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based approaches (DDP), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and other trauma-informed modalities. She is passionate about supporting individuals and families in strengthening relationships, navigating challenges, and creating healthier patterns that support wellbeing, connection, and growth.
