Kelli Tosh
Registered Psychotherapist
Self-Harm & Coping Strategies • Anxiety & Emotional Regulation • Parenting Support
Kelli supports children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, self-harm, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and self-worth challenges. She brings a nurturing, energetic, and deeply compassionate approach to therapy, creating spaces where people feel safe enough to show up as they are — without judgment, pressure, or the need to be anyone other than themselves. Kelli believes healing begins with connection and that some of the most meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
Drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, creativity, and child and youth-centred approaches, Kelli helps clients better understand themselves, navigate difficult emotions, and build confidence in who they are. Her style is warm, authentic, and approachable, blending curiosity, compassion, humour, and practical support to help clients move toward healing and growth.
Known for her spunky energy and genuine care, Kelli creates a therapeutic space that feels human, supportive, and real. She believes kids, teens, and adults are often far more resilient and wise than they realize, and she is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths, their voice, and a deeper sense of self.

A Note for Parents & Guardians: If your child is struggling, shutting down, acting out, self-harming, or simply not seeming like themselves, you may be carrying a lot of worry, fear, or uncertainty. Please know that you are not alone. Kelli works closely with children, youth, and their families to better understand what may be happening beneath the surface. Through creativity, connection, movement, play, and honest conversation, she helps young people explore emotions that can feel overwhelming or difficult to put into words, while supporting parents with guidance, understanding, and practical tools along the way.
