Our Locations

Aruma offers grounded, welcoming spaces in both Perth and Carleton Place, while also providing virtual services for those who prefer to connect remotely. Our Perth location offers counselling, coaching, and mindfulness-based practices within a calm and supportive environment for healing, reflection, and personal growth. Our Carleton Place location offers counselling, coaching, and more focused somatic care services, including breathwork, movement, yoga, and mindfulness practices offered individually or in group settings.

While each space offers its own unique focus, both are rooted in the same intention: creating a space where people feel supported, understood, and able to reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways.

While Aruma offers in-person sessions across our locations, we operate administratively in a virtual capacity and do not have a front reception desk onsite.
