Cancellation Policy

At Aruma, we deeply value both your time and the time intentionally held for your care.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee.

We understand that life can be unpredictable at times, and we approach these situations with compassion and understanding whenever possible. At the same time, holding this policy helps us protect the time, energy, and availability of our practitioners and the clients waiting for support.
