Coaching at Aruma is a grounded and collaborative process that supports people in reconnecting with themselves, gaining clarity, and moving forward in ways that feel more aligned, intentional, and sustainable. Whether navigating burnout, life transitions, boundaries, purpose, relationships, or personal growth, coaching creates space for reflection, accountability, self-awareness, and meaningful change.


Coaching vs Therapy
While therapy often focuses on healing past experiences, understanding emotional patterns, and supporting mental and emotional wellness, coaching is more future-focused — helping people move toward the life, goals, and version of themselves they want to grow into.
