EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps the brain process and heal from difficult or overwhelming experiences that may continue to impact thoughts, emotions, relationships, and everyday life. Using guided bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or sound, EMDR helps the brain reprocess experiences in a way that reduces their emotional intensity while allowing new insights, healing, and resilience to emerge. EMDR is commonly used to support individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, stressful life events, and experiences that continue to feel "stuck" despite time having passed.
