The Unwind
A 4 week restorative yoga and breathwork series
A trauma-informed restorative yoga + breathwork series, designed to encourage your body’s ability to transition from a state of doing…to being.
This is not a workout.
It’s not educational.
It’s not about forcing or pushing.
It’s about creating the conditions for your nervous system to downshift — slowly, safely, with purpose.
Each week, you’ll be guided into fully supported restorative postures, layered with gentle, parasympathetic-inviting breathwork to help your system soften. Optional (with consent) hands-on healing will be provided, on an intuitive basis, reminding the body how to receive.
We aren’t chasing deep sleep.
We’re preparing your body for it.
No yoga or breathwork experience is needed. Just a willingness to slow down.

the 4-week arc
Week 1 — Arrival
We establish safety through support. Long-held shapes, orienting breath, and simple settling practices that teach your body how to land.
Week 2 — Softening
We explore longer exhales and subtle somatic cues that invite your system out of bracing and into ease.
Week 3 — Letting Go of the Day
Gentle supported shapes that open the chest, ribs, and back body — paired with down-regulating breath to release accumulated tension.
Week 4 — Deep Rest
A quiet, spacious yoga-nidra styled practice, designed to invite the pause that precedes sleep. Less instruction. More space. Integration through stillness.
